14. PKO Bieg Niepodległości w Rzeszowie

The 14th PKO Independence Run in Rzeszów is an annual running event organized by the Rzeszów Running Club "Rzeszów Biega" in partnership with the Rzeszów City Hall and PKO Bank Polski. The main race on a 10 km distance starts and finishes at the Rzeszów Market Square, taking place on November 11th at 11:11 AM. The event promotes an active lifestyle and running in the Podkarpacie region, offering age classifications and special categories, including categories for doctors and lawyers. Participants receive a race kit with a T-shirt, number, and chip, and a commemorative medal at the finish line. The participant limit is 3000 people, and participation requires confirmation of fitness to run through a medical certificate or declaration.

Gilding on the medal is available for an additional fee of 30 PLN. On race day, the number of race kits is limited, and the registration fee is non-refundable. Participants must be over 16 years old (minors with guardian consent). Race kits include a T-shirt, race number, and chip. The route is marked every 1 km, and the event features warm-up sessions and refreshment points along the course. Wearing the organizer's mandatory T-shirt is required.
