XIV Bieg Niepodległości

The 14th Independence Run is an annual street race covering a distance of 10 km, organized in Rzeszów to promote an active lifestyle and running in the Podkarpacie region. The start and finish are located at the Rzeszów Market Square, and the race takes place on November 11th, on Poland's Independence Day. Participants compete in various age categories and special classifications, including for doctors and lawyers. Participants receive a race kit with a T-shirt, number, and chip, and a commemorative medal at the finish line. The participant limit is 3000 people, and participation requires confirmation of fitness to run through a medical certificate or declaration.
