Zawojski Festiwal Biegowy

The Zawojski Mountain Running Festival is one of the largest sporting events in the region, taking place in the picturesque scenery of Babiogóra and the Policy Range. The festival attracts runners from all over Poland and abroad, offering a variety of mountain running distances and a unique atmosphere. The goal of the event is to popularize mountain running and promote the beauty of Babiogóra National Park, combining sporting adventure with exploring the region's natural and cultural richness.

Participant limits for individual distances: 63 km - 200 runners, 42.9 km - 200 runners, 21.097 km - 300 runners, 6.2 km - 250 runners. Starts are scheduled at different times: ultra at 5:00, marathon at 10:00, half marathon and 6.2 km run at 15:00. The maximum time limit for the longest distance is 15 hours, for the marathon 10 hours, for the half marathon 3.5 hours, and for the 6.2 km run 1.5 hours. Short races for children are organized on distances from 100 m to 800 m, adapted to age. Routes range from 6 km to 106 km, with participant limits from 200 to 300, various distances and elevation gains, including mountain running and Nordic walking competitions.
