Race description
Autumn Ultra Świr is a mountain ultra race held in Grybów, challenging long-distance running enthusiasts in natural terrain. The course mainly runs through forest and gravel paths, with minimal asphalt sections, providing an authentic trail experience. The event offers various competition formats, including timed runs and Nordic Walking marches, tailored to different skill levels. Organized by experienced enthusiasts who ensure a good atmosphere and participant safety.

Start and finish as well as the race office are located at the Winter Sports Center in Ptaszkowa. The race office is open on race day from 06:45 to 07:30 for the 6/12/24-hour distances and until 9:30 for Nordic Walking and single lap runs. In the 6h and 12h races, the winner is the participant who completes the greatest number of full 17 km laps. Running during the Nordic Walking march is prohibited, and judges are present on the course to monitor proper technique. Participants must verify their identity at the race office with an ID and have the mandatory equipment. The event is part of the Autumn Ultra Świr series, which includes various distances and activity formats, with online registration. The course may change due to weather conditions.
