Race description
Tatraman is a challenging triathlon race on the half Ironman distance, held in the picturesque terrains of Polish and Slovak Spisz and the Tatra Mountains. The course starts from Niedzica at Lake Czorsztyn, passing through mountainous areas, all the way to the summit of Kasprowy Wierch. The event is mainly aimed at experienced athletes, but amateurs can also test their skills on this extreme route. Tatraman combines athletic competition with beautiful views and Highlander hospitality.

The race office is located at the 'Polana Sosny' Camping in Niedzica and is open on August 28, 2026 from 16:00 to 21:00. The race starts at the Water Marina in Niedzica-Zamek, and the finish line is at Kasprowy Wierch. The event is held in a non-drafting format, with road and triathlon bikes allowed. The time limit for swimming is 60 minutes, and for cycling until 14:00. Transportation for athletes and accompanying persons is provided, along with recovery meals and an afterparty.
