Race description
Tatraman is a challenging triathlon over the 1/2 Ironman distance, held in the scenic areas of the Polish and Slovak Spiš and the Tatra Mountains. The course runs from Niedzica on Lake Czorsztyn, through mountainous terrain, all the way to the summit of Kasprowy Wierch. The event is aimed mainly at experienced athletes, but amateurs can also test their skills on this extreme course. Tatraman combines sporting competition with beautiful views and Highland hospitality.

Additional information
The race office is located at Polana Sosny Campground in Niedzica and is open on August 28, 2026, from 16:00 to 21:00. The race starts at the Water Marina in Niedzica-Zamek and finishes at Kasprowy Wierch. The event is non-drafting; road and triathlon bikes are permitted. The time limit for completing the swim is 60 minutes, and the bike leg must be completed by 14:00.
