Race description
The Supermarathon of the Table Mountains is a demanding mountain run held in the picturesque Table Mountains near Karpacz. The route follows tourist trails, characterized by high technical difficulty, numerous rocks, turns, and significant elevation changes. Participants can expect variable conditions, including possible snow cover and ice, as well as the requirement to have appropriate equipment. The event is part of the Grand Prix DFBG mountain running series and attracts ultra and half-marathon mountain running enthusiasts.

The time limit to complete the race is 7 hours. The race office and start are located at the Training and Educational Center of the Table Mountains National Park in Karpacz. Participants can use deposit services (limit 3 kg) delivered to the finish line. The route is marked with organizer’s tape. The race takes place regardless of weather conditions, with the possibility of shortening the route in difficult conditions. After the race, a recovery meal and award ceremony are scheduled. The time limit for completing the race is 11 hours for the ultramarathon and 5 hours for the half-marathon. The route includes elevation gains of +2400/-2300 meters for the ultramarathon and +1050/-925 meters for the half-marathon. The event is part of the mountain running series in the region.
