Supermaraton Gor Stolowych

The Table Mountains Supermarathon is a demanding mountain race held in the scenic Table Mountains near Karłów. The course follows hiking trails and is highly technical, with numerous rocks and turns, as well as significant elevation changes. Participants should expect variable conditions, including possible snow and ice, and are required to carry appropriate equipment. The event is part of the Grand Prix DFBG mountain-running series and attracts fans of ultra running and mountain half-marathons.

The time limit for finishing the race is 7 hours. The race office and start are at the Table Mountains National Park Training and Education Centre in Karłów. Participants can use drop bags (maximum 3 kg), which are transported to the finish. The course is marked with the organizer’s tape. The race goes ahead regardless of the weather, with the possibility of shortening the course in difficult conditions. A post-race recovery meal and awards ceremony are planned. The time limits are 11 hours for the ultramarathon and 5 hours for the half-marathon. The course has elevation changes of +2400/-2300 m for the ultramarathon and +1050/-925 m for the half-marathon. The event is part of a regional mountain-running series.
