niedamiRUN - Ultramaraton Sudecki

NiedamiRUN is a Sudetes ultramarathon taking place on 8 August 2026 in Niedamirów, a picturesque village situated at the crossroads of three cultures. Runners can choose from four distances: 10K, 20K, 50K and 100K, which run through the Karkonosze Mountains, the Lubawka Gate and the Bóbr Valley, offering challenging elevation gains and beautiful views. The routes pass historical and natural attractions of the region, with the start and finish in Niedamirów. It is a unique opportunity to take on a Sudetes ultra surrounded by wild nature and local culture.

The participant limit for each distance is 100. Distance changes are possible until 4 August 2026, with an additional fee or no refund of the difference. The routes have aid stations and time limits. The start and finish are at the former WOP Border Guard post and sports field in Niedamirów. Routes can be downloaded to Garmin, Suunto, Polar and other GPS devices. Routes through the Karkonosze Mountains and the Sudetes, time limits from 3 to 18.5 hours, various distances, activities for children and local treats at the finish.
