Bieg 7 Dolin

Bieg 7 Dolin is a 100 km mountain ultramarathon held in the scenic Sądecki Beskid Mountains, starting and finishing in Piwniczna-Zdrój. The course follows demanding mountain trails with significant elevation gain, offering participants exceptional views and a chance to connect with nature. The race is part of the Running Festival, which combines sporting competition with promoting the region and an active lifestyle. The time limit is 19 hours, and there are aid stations and drop-bag points along the course. It is a challenge for experienced mountain runners looking to take on demanding but beautiful terrain.

The time limit to finish the race is 19 hours (until 21:00). Intermediate cutoffs: Rytro (36 km) — 7 hours (until 09:00); Krynica (62 km) — 12 hours (until 14:00); Wierchomla (89 km) — 17 hours (until 19:00). Recommended technical gear includes a reusable cup or bottle, a running backpack or belt, an emergency blanket, a headlamp, reflective gear, health insurance, a whistle, hand sanitizer, and a working phone with an ICE number written on the back of the race bib. The event features several distances, including 100 km, 42 km, 61 km, 23 km and 11 km, as well as accompanying attractions such as festivals and an expo. The races take place in early September 2026.
