Żyrardów w Biegu

Żyrardów w Biegu is an annual running event organized by the Żyrardów Cycling Association, taking place on September 13, 2026, by the Żyrardów Reservoir. Participants can choose between two distances: 10 km and 5 km. Both routes go around the reservoir, with multiple laps and a finish at the reservoir grounds. The race promotes physical activity, community spirit and a welcoming sporting atmosphere, while also helping promote the city of Żyrardów and the Mazovia region. The event is open to adults, and athletes using active wheelchairs may also compete in the 10 km race.

Online registration is available until September 10, 2026. After that date, registration is available only at the race office until 9:00 a.m. on race day. Each participant collects a race number with a chip at the race office. Athletes using active wheelchairs may compete in the 10 km race. The event base, start, finish and parking are by the Żyrardów Reservoir, 17 Ziołowa Street. Distances: 10 km and 5 km; online registration; a 100-minute time limit for the main race; wheelchair athletes may participate; the swimming area is open during the event weekend.
