XIV Panewnicki Bieg Dzika (6)

Panewnicki Bieg Dzika is a recreational running and Nordic Walking event held in the picturesque forests of Panewniki in Katowice. The competition takes place on a loop approximately 4,882 meters long, which can be completed up to four times, with a kilometer marker each. The event promotes an active lifestyle and education about proper behavior in forest areas, and both amateurs and athletes affiliated with sports clubs can participate. The organizers are the Jerzy Kukuczka University of Physical Education in Katowice and the State Fire Service Katowice.

The time limit to complete the route is 3 hours. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during verification. Entry fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to the next start upon registration by Thursday before the event at 3:00 PM. Participants over 18 sign a declaration of participation at their own risk or present a medical certificate. The competition includes running and Nordic Walking disciplines, with a 3-hour time limit, electronic registration, discounts for employees and students, as well as medals and prizes for participants.
