XI Bieg Terenowy Zgierz Malinka

The 11th Zgierz Malinka Cross Country Run is a trail race held on the forested areas of MOSiR Zgierz Malinka. The route features varied terrain, including ascents, descents of different lengths and inclines, large sandy patches, and narrow sections through bushes. The cross-country nature of the course attracts runners seeking an escape from asphalt or preparing for mountain races. The event takes place on three distances: 4 km, 8 km, and 12 km, as well as a 4 km Nordic walking march and races for children and youth. Participants receive symbolic medals referencing the raspberry, and the top competitors in the categories of women and men at each distance receive trophies.

All participants start simultaneously regardless of the distance. There are races for children and youth on distances of 150 m (ages 0-6) and 800 m (ages 7-15). The race village at MOSiR Zgierz Malinka offers numerous attractions, including playgrounds, a pump truck track, beach volleyball courts, mini football and basketball fields, swimming areas, a kayak rental, and a golf shooting range. The event includes various distances, children's races, medals, electronic timing, and sports attractions on site.
