The 9th Charity Run for the Golden Coin in Olsztyn is an annual running event organized by the Future for Children Foundation, which supports sick and disabled children from Warmia and Mazury. The main race over a distance of 5 km takes place by Lake Ukiel and is friendly for all participants, including beginners. The event features a family picnic and numerous attractions, and participation in the run is not only a sporting competition but primarily a support for children in need. The start of the main race is scheduled for 4:30 PM, and the route is scenic and accessible also for those who prefer walking.

Side starts for children and youth on distances adapted to age, with the first children's race over 400 m at 3:35 PM. The time limit for the 5 km main run is 1 hour. The event has a charitable character, supporting rehabilitation and treatment of children from the region. Special guest is Krystyna Abramczyk Puzio, multiple Polish and world champion in weightlifting. The event includes various distances from 200 m for children to 5 km for adults, with participant limits and online registration. All proceeds are allocated to charitable causes, and participants receive medals and souvenirs.
