Pogoń za Jednorożcem

Pogoń za Jednorożcem is an annual running event organized in Jednorożec, which will take place for the eighth time in 2026. The competition includes a 5 km run and Nordic walking over the same distance, as well as children's races over shorter distances. The event is organized by the Association "Jednorożec robi co może" in cooperation with local partners and patrons, offering participants sporting competition and numerous attractions and prizes. The start and awards ceremony take place on the same day, and participants can expect professional organization and timing measurement.

Packet pickup for the 5 km distance takes place from 08:00 to 10:00. After the race, winners are awarded and prizes are drawn. Children's races start in the afternoon, with separate packet pickup and awards. The participant limit is 400 for the 5 km distance and 200 for children's races. Timing is conducted using a modern UHF RFID system with instant results and SMS notifications after the event. The races are held on asphalt surfaces, with various age categories available. Registration is available online and on-site. The event also includes races for children.
