Leśna ZaDyszka

Leśna ZaDyszka is a race organized in the picturesque Szulmierz Forest in the Regimin municipality, promoting physical activity and a healthy lifestyle in forested areas. The route consists of a 5 km loop through forest paths and a paved section, showcasing the beauty of Masovian nature. Participants can choose from three races: 5 km, 10 km (two loops), and Nordic Walking over 5 km. There is also a 1.5 km race for children without classification. The start and finish are located on a forest clearing by the Szulmierz-Regimin road, and the time is measured with a professional chip system.

The race office is open from 9:00 AM on the forest clearing by the Szulmierz-Regimin road. Participants receive a commemorative medal and a recovery meal after the race. There is an option to choose a standard T-shirt at the price or a Premium LAS T-shirt with a surcharge of 20 PLN. Time is measured with chips attached to footwear. Prizes are awarded for places in age categories and open, as well as a raffle among participants. The routes include forest paths and asphalt, with various distances and categories, including races, Nordic Walking, and Cross Duathlon. Starting fees depend on the registration period.
