Leśna ZaDyszka

Leśna ZaDyszka is a race held in the picturesque Szulmierz Forest District in the Regimin municipality, promoting physical activity and a healthy lifestyle in forest areas. The course is a 5 km loop along forest tracks and a section of asphalt, showcasing the beauty of the Mazovian countryside. Participants can choose from three events: 5 km, 10 km (two loops), and 5 km Nordic Walking. Children can take part in a 1.5 km run with no classification. The start and finish are on a forest clearing by the Szulmierz-Regimin road, and times are recorded using a professional chip timing system.

The race office is open from 9:00 on the forest clearing by the Szulmierz-Regimin road. Participants receive a commemorative medal and a restorative meal after the race. They can choose a standard T-shirt at no extra cost or a Premium LAS T-shirt for an additional 20 zł. Times are recorded using chips attached to participants’ shoes. Prizes are awarded for age-group and overall placements, with a prize draw among participants. Courses include forest tracks and asphalt, with various distances and categories, including running, Nordic Walking, and Cross Duathlon. Entry fees depend on the registration date.
