Kresowe Trail #7

Kresowe Trail is a series of small-scale, non-commercial trail races held amid the scenic natural landscapes of eastern Poland and the Vilnius Region. The courses pass through unspoiled forests, varied climbs, sand and roots, offering challenges for both beginners and experienced runners. The races feature two distances: the shorter Szpurt (approx. 7 km) and the longer Wertep (approx. 17–21 km), which is an ultra-distance race. The event promotes a healthy lifestyle, respect for nature and bringing together runners from different backgrounds.

The races take place in an intimate atmosphere, with participant numbers limited for safety and to protect nature. Competition includes overall and team classifications, with awards for the top runners in age categories. The courses are easy to navigate thanks to the markings, and the event promotes physical activity in a healthy forest environment. To be included in the Kresowe Trail series classification, participants must complete at least six races; registration details are not provided.
