Izery Ultra-Trail

Izery Ultra-Trail is a unique mountain race held in the heart of the picturesque Izera Mountains, with the start and finish in Świeradów-Zdrój. Routes of varying lengths and difficulty levels lead through wild, little-known areas, offering runners unforgettable views and challenges. The event attracts both experienced ultramarathoners and trail-running enthusiasts who want to take on demanding terrain and enjoy the beauty of nature. The organizers provide full support at aid stations and specify the required equipment, ensuring participants’ safety and comfort.

The start and finish are in Zdrojowy Park in Świeradów-Zdrój. Routes have aid stations (6 on the 100 km route, 4 on the 50 km route). Mandatory equipment includes, among other things, a water cup, a hat or neck gaiter, a rain jacket, a water container with a capacity of at least 1 litre, an elastic bandage and a sterile dressing. Runners receive a race bib with a chip, route maps and a GPS device with the route loaded. A working phone must be kept available for contact throughout the race. The start and finish are in Świeradów-Zdrój; registration for 2026 opened at the beginning of the year; the event features various distances, including Ultra 50, Ultra 70 and Ultra-Trail® 100.
