The Northern Running Festival is a unique running event taking place on 13 September 2026 on the Hel Peninsula, bringing together the tradition of the Northern Marathon and the Marathon Relays under one name. The course passes through the scenic locations of Hel, Jastarnia and Rozewie, along Puck Bay, with sea views and four lighthouses giving the race its unique character. The event offers a range of distances for runners of all ability levels, from the marathon and relays to the half marathon, 10 km and 5 km, as well as a children’s race, the Little Lighthouse Keeper Run. It’s not just a sporting event, but also a journey through the coast’s beautiful spots and a chance to connect with nature.

The course is available to download in .GPX, .KML and .TCX formats. Registration is open from 1 January 2026 to 24 August 2026 at 15:00. Co-organisers and partners include local sports and cultural centres and a holiday resort. The event is held under the honorary patronage of the Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The Little Lighthouse Keeper Run is for children and young people up to 14 years old.
