Dolska Dycha

Dolska Dycha is a street race covering 10 km, held on May 30, 2026, in Dolsk. The race route is certified by the Polish Athletic Association (PZLA) and is marked every kilometer, running through areas with closed traffic within the Dolsk municipality. As part of the event, there is also a 3 km race called "Kozia Trójka." Participants can expect nutrition points, medical care, and a recovery meal after the race. The event aims to promote running and a healthy lifestyle, as well as to promote the city and municipality of Dolsk.

Race office open on May 30, 2026, from 16:00 to 17:30 at Janusz Kusociński Primary School, ul. Kościańska 4, Dolsk. It is possible to pick up the start package by a third party and transfer the package to another person. No deposit required for participants. The time limit for the 10 km race is 1 hour and 30 minutes, and for the 3 km race 60 minutes. Participants are seeded at the start according to age category and declared pace. Refreshment point at 5 km (water). Start and finish at ul. Kościelna in Dolsk, near Janusz Kusociński Primary School. The event also includes races for various age categories and open categories, with the possibility of winning medals and material prizes.
