Bieg Recepta na Zdrowie

The eighth national “Recepta na Zdrowie” run will take place on 13 June 2026 in Arturówek, Łódź. This healthy running event promotes physical activity, integration between the running and pharmaceutical communities, and a healthy lifestyle. The race routes follow a 5 km loop in Łagiewnicki Forest, with 5 km and 10 km distances, as well as 5 km Nordic Walking. Shorter races on the same route are planned for children and young people. A family picnic with free health checks and consultations will be held near the start and finish.

The start and finish are by the Arturówek recreational facilities. The race office will be open from 8:00 on race day. The 5 km run and Nordic Walking start together at 10:00, the children’s and youth races begin at 12:00, and the 10 km run starts at 13:30. The course is not certified. Awards and prizes for children and young people will be presented immediately after their races. Registration for children requires an account on zapisy.inessport.pl. The event, supported by organizers from the pharmaceutical industry, places strong emphasis on promoting a healthy lifestyle and preventive healthcare. It takes place in June 2026 in Arturówek, Łódź.
