Bieg Lotnej Kompanii Szturmowej

The 8th “Lotna” Run in Haczów is an annual running event commemorating the Lotna Assault Company of Lieutenant Stanisław Maczek and the Haczów Heroes of the Battles for Poland’s Independence in 1918–1921. The events take place on routes of approximately 12 km and 5 km, as well as a 5 km Nordic Walking course, mostly on paved and gravel roads in the Haczów municipality. The run promotes a healthy lifestyle, physical activity and integration within the local community. Free shorter-distance races for children, tailored to their age, are also planned. The race office and event base are located in the Manor Park by the Municipal Cultural and Recreation Centre in Haczów.

The participant limit is 150 for the adult races. Free children’s races are planned over distances from approximately 200 m to 1,000 m, depending on age category. The race office is open from 13:00 to 14:30 for adults and from 11:30 to 12:45 for children. Race packs are distributed at the race office. The entry fee is non-refundable. The event has a limit of 150 participants and water refreshment stations. A detailed schedule includes start and awards ceremony times. The event takes place in Haczów, in the Manor Park and at the LKS stadium.
