64 Bieg Westerplatte

The 64th Westerplatte Run is Poland’s oldest continuously held 10-kilometre road race, taking place in Gdańsk. The race starts at the historic site where World War II began, giving the event a unique character and an atmosphere of reflection on sacrifice and peace. The course is certified and marked at every kilometre, and the finish is at Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk, providing an added attraction for participants. The event draws up to 5,000 runners and is both a sporting challenge and a tribute to the Defenders of the Coast in 1939.

Race bib collection at Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk on 6–7 September 2026. Water station on the course at approximately 6 km. Participant limit: 5,000. Free buses will take runners to the start on race day. Bag drop available with a race bib sticker. No showers. The awards ceremony will take place at the finish at approximately 11:45. Cash prizes and trophies for the winners in the OPEN and age-group categories. Registration runs from 2026-03-02 to 2026-08-20, with a limit of 4,900 participants. Official T-shirts can be purchased at the Expo. The event includes race-pack collection, the Expo, transport, the start, and the awards ceremony at Westerplatte.
