3 Backyard Ultra Zagłębie

Backyard Ultra Zagłębie is a unique ultramarathon held on a loop measuring 6.706 km around Lake Pogoria 3 in Dąbrowa Górnicza. Participants start every hour, and the last runner in each round continues running until only one winner remains. The route combines various surfaces - asphalt, dirt and forest trails, and a beach section, requiring participants to have both endurance and technical precision. The event is the finale of the Polish Backyard Ultra League and attracts extreme challenge enthusiasts from all over Poland.

Start of each round occurs exactly on the hour. A participant must arrive at the start within 3 minutes of the round's beginning, otherwise they are eliminated. The race village is located at the Summer Sports and Water Activities Center. The organizer reserves the right to modify the route due to weather or safety reasons. All participants except the winner receive the title DNF (Did Not Finish) as a symbol of perseverance. Participant limit: 140; start at 12:00; location: Dąbrowa Górnicza; ultramarathon format with hourly loops.
