32. Bieg św. Dominika

The St. Dominic’s International Run is a prestigious running event held annually in Gdańsk since 1994 and an integral part of St. Dominic’s Fair. The race attracts over 1,200 participants and tens of thousands of spectators, offering a unique atmosphere in the city’s historic centre. The course runs through the picturesque streets of Gdańsk’s Old Town, and the event promotes a healthy lifestyle and social integration. The running festival features several races, including the 5 km Women’s Run, the 5 km Men’s Run and the Polish 10 km Championships.

The course is a 1,412 m loop in central Gdańsk, allowing spectators to follow the competition closely. The event is accompanied by the varied programme of St. Dominic’s Fair, with concerts, shows and partner stands. The run promotes social integration, a healthy lifestyle and sport for people with disabilities as part of the “Chase St. Dominic” prologue. The event includes various race categories for women, men, elite runners and VIPs, with a wide range of age groups. Participants can support charitable causes through their entry fees, which go towards various social initiatives.
