17. PKO Bytomski Półmaraton

The 17th PKO Bytom Half Marathon is an event promoting a healthy lifestyle and the integration of the local community of Bytom and surrounding areas. The race takes place on an accredited, asphalt course measuring 21.097 km, which is a single loop. The start and finish are located at the G City Plejada Shopping Center in Bytom. Participants can count on nutrition and refreshment points as well as support from pacemakers, and after the race, there is an option to personalize the medal by engraving the result.

After the race, there is an option to personalize the medal with the result through engraving (cost 25 PLN). Pacemakers with balloons and special T-shirts are present on the route. The time limit to complete the half marathon is 3 hours; after this time, participants must stop and reach the finish line by minibus marked END OF THE HALF MARATHON. A group warm-up is scheduled for 9:45 AM. An active zone is prepared for children. The event attracts over 1200 participants annually, offering personalized medals, a 3-hour time limit, and activities for children. Registration is available online and at the race office.
